Ingredients

20OzBoneless Strip Steak or Boneless Rib Steak (butterflied into the shape of a heart)
2Tsp.Sea Salt
2Tsp.Freshly Ground Pepper
2Tsp.Thyme
2noneFresh Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1Tbsp.Olive Oil

Instructions

Fire up the grill (heat to 450°F-500°F).
Season the sweetheart steak with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic.
Grill until the inside temperature of the steak is 130°F for medium rare or cook 5-7 mins per side
