  • 1nonePainted Hills natural Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1none Kosher salt and coarse ground pepper
  • 1none Garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring roast to room temp
  2. Coat roast evenly on all sides with Kosher salt and coarse pepper 2-4 hrs before smoking
  3. Smoke at 225° for three hours or until internal temp reaches 160 to 180
  4. Slice to desired thickness and serve
