Ingredients

  • 1LbsPainted Hills Ground Beef
  • .25Tsp.salt
  • .25Tsp.pepper
  • 1nonecan (15 ounces) chili beans – undrained
  • 1nonecan (14 ounces) chili- style chunky tomatoes- undrained
  • 1C.frozen corn
  • 2Tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink
  2. Break beef into inch crumbles
  3. Strain the ground beef to remove grease
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and corn
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve (We enjoy adding cheese, sour cream and onion for an extra crunch and flavor!)
